Federal Budget 2011

As per the media release,
"The Gillard Government is committed to introducing a price on carbon, and this Budget changes existing climate change programs to better align with that objective as Australia moves to a clean energy future." and to achieve that,
"The Government is working through the Multi-Party Climate Change Committee, to finalise the detailed design of a carbon price mechanism by mid-year."
