CPP Auction
As per APRS, The Government's key objectives of designing auction of carbon pollution permits are to promote allocative efficiency, efficient price discovery and raise auction revenue.
As per current proposal, Four auctions would be held each financial year, one in each quarter from the beginning of the scheme.
Please note that, it is still a proposal and actual implementation depends on various political and other factors. Our team will keep you posted on the development.
